Food Distribution Changes

To provide meals for our face to face and virtual students, the following changes are being made in the Meal Distribution. We are going to discontinue the bus routes, and meal distribution at Steenland and Huron Park. Beginning on Thursday October 15,2020, we will have Meal Distribution at Eastland Middle School on Thursday only from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. We will distribute 5 days of  breakfast and lunch on this day. We will continue the home deliveries on Friday. If this presents a problem for some families, they can contact the Food Service Office to see if we can find a way to accommodate them.

K-12 New Student Enrollment Now Available Online

Roseville Community Schools is now offering new student registration on our website. (See link below).  Additionally, parents will be able to register in-person at the Adminstration Building starting Monday, July 27 between 8am-4pm.   Appointments can be made by calling (586) 445-5510.  Only a certain amount of parents will be allowed in the building at a time.  We will be following social distancing practices and masks will be required for anyone entering the building.

Elementary/Middle School Conferences

FYI: Parent/Teacher Conferences have been re-scheduled for the beginning of November.

 

New Elementary PTC Dates:

Thursday, November 5th -5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Friday, November 6th - 1 :00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m

 

New Middle School PTC Dates:

Wednesday, November 4th -12:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. AND 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

 

Conference format details:

  • Conferences are virtual
  • Each parent will select a window of time
  • Elementary windows will be 10 minutes
  • Middle school will be 5 minutes
  • Procedure to use Microsoft Bookings to allow parents an opportunity to pick a window will be shared

Opportunities for Students

Roseville offers many opportunities for students to make a positive impact on their school. Extra-curricular activities are one of those opportunities. Students can participant in an activity they enjoy, where they can interact with others, and work to develop their talents and passions.

Technology

Roseville Community Schools is one of the most technologically advanced districts in Macomb County.  We have implemented a 1:1 student learning device initiative throughout our schools, allowing each student to have a laptop or iPad in their hands to supplement learning.  Each classroom has been equipped with a large touchscreen display board, allowing staff and students to experience interactive lessons, mirror devices for real-time solutions, and to serve as an internet capable television.  The district has also upgraded computer labs, classroom audio and phone systems, and bolstered our wireless service to include 500+ access points to manage the robust collection of classroom devices.

We take pride in providing a safe and secure environment for every student. All schools have been renovated to provide secured entrances and increased safety.
