How to Enroll: K-12 Enrollment Information

ENROLLMENT IS NOW OPEN FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR

  • OPEN GRADES K-12 FOR MACOMB COUNTY RESIDENTS.

  • REGISTRATION AT THE RCS ADMINISTRATION BUILDING,18975 CHURCH ST. 

  • THREE PROOFS OF RESIDENCY REQUIRED.

Students already enrolled in Roseville Community Schools do not need to register again. Online registration is for new students only.

Roseville residents can enroll at their home school during the school year, as long as you live within the school district boundary. You should register for the school your address is assigned to. If you are unsure about which school that is, find your school here:

At the end of the registration process, you will need to attend an in-person walk-in enrollment appointment to provide documentation. Your registration will not be complete until this appointment is completed.

PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION

  • Must meet at least 2 risk factors as determined by the MDE
  • Macomb County Resident
  • 4 years-old on or before September 1 of current year
  • Must be toilet trained

  • Driver's License
  • 2 Proofs of Residency
  • Last Year's Income Tax Return
  • Child's Shot Record
  • Child's Birth Certificate

 

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

  • Must be five-years-old by September 1 of current year

Required for Enrollment:

  • Certified Birth Certificate
  • Completed Immunization Record (DTP, POLIO, MMR, HEP-B, MENINGOCOCCAL and VARICELLA)
  • Proof of Residency -- three of the following:  closing documents, rental/lease agreement, property tax statement, current electrical bill, gas bill or phone bill, driver's license or state ID, voter registration or affidavit in residency
  • Physical Form (Kindergarten only - can be submitted later, but before the 1st day of school)
  • Vision & Hearing Screening (Kindergarten only - can be submitted later, but before the 1st day of school)

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REGISTRATION (GRADES 1-5)

Required for Enrollment:

  • Certified Birth Certificate
  • Completed Immunization Record (DTP, POLIO, MMR, HEP-B, MENINGOCOCCAL and VARICELLA)
  • Proof of Residency -- three of the following:  closing documents, rental/lease agreement, property tax statement, current electrical bill, gas bill or phone bill, driver's license or state ID, voter registration or affidavit in residency

MIDDLE SCHOOL REGISTRATION (GRADES 6-8)

Required for Enrollment:

  • Certified Birth Certificate
  • Completed Immunization Record (DTP, POLIO, MMR, HEP-B, MENINGOCOCCAL and VARICELLA)
  • Proof of Residency -- three of the following:  closing documents, rental/lease agreement, property tax statement, current electrical bill, gas bill or phone bill, driver's license or state ID, voter registration or affidavit in residency
  • Most Recent Report Card

HIGH SCHOOL REGISTRATION (GRADES 9-12)

Required for Enrollment:

  • Certified Birth Certificate
  • Completed Immunization Record (DTP, POLIO, MMR, HEP-B, MENINGOCOCCAL and VARICELLA)
  • Proof of Residency -- three of the following:  closing documents, rental/lease agreement, property tax statement, current electrical bill, gas bill or phone bill, driver's license or state ID, voter registration or affidavit in residency
  • Unofficial transcript
  • Most Recent Report Card
  • Withdrawal Form (for high school students entering after school year begins)
