Future Use of Properties

What will happen to the vacant properties?

The school district has previously used vacant properties to build houses through our Building Trades program. Moving forward, we plan to maintain these sites as green space and keep playground equipment in place as long as it remains safe and functional.

For example, the former Arbor Elementary property is being used to construct five new houses as part of our high school Building Trades program. Any future sale of school district property would require Board of Education approval.
